How will Mayco help in onboarding?

As part of the customer onboarding, Mayco team will work closely with the SPOC's to configure and setup the user environment. This would include, but not limited to, creating the user groups, user accounts and assistance in creating templates for uploading the shipment data.

Do you also provide a packaging facility?

Yes, we offer an end to end fulfillment options for your products, where we store, pick, pack, and ship your products at the fastest speeds to the customers doorsteps. We offer free storage for 30 days. Connect us to know more about it.

Does Mayco handle items labeled as 'Fragile' more carefully?

Yes, the items marked as fragile are handled with care during shipping to avoid any unnecessary product damages. We also offer shipping insurance on the items you ship with us.

Is land / rail transportation tracked?

Currently we do not, and we are in the process of developing the road transportation visibility. However, we can integrate with your land transport provider to give a end-to-end visibility.

How does Mayco track my shipments?

Mayco uses various sources which includes Satellite AIS data, port data and carrier data to triangulate your container.
